UK INVESTMENT FIRM - ACCOUNT MANAGER - $560/month - Full Time

Job Description
We are looking for an Account Manager with excellent communication and numeracy skills and a pro-active Upgrade to see actual infondidates should be able to assist management by handling administrative tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, e-mail and other electronic means, accurately capturing and inputting sensitive financial data and information, sharing financial information with authorized recipients using agreed secure protocols and providing suggestions for improving the administrative aspects of the business.

To be successful, candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge Upgrade to see actual infondidates must be comfortable with advanced numeracy, Microsoft Excel, use of information technology, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, candidates should have a genuine desire to meet the needs and requests of others.

Responsibilities:
- Updating data for various spreadsheets
- Double checking numbers and comparing data - paying attention to detail
- Creating and sending the contracts to the various parties
- Ensuring investor data are up to date
- Ensuring investor payouts are made
- Investigating/Resolving investor account related issues
- Collating, inputting and processing financial information into the central system
- Preparing financial statements, reports, memos and other documents.
- Sharing approved financial information with third parties using agreed secure protocols
- Using Microsoft Excel and other appropriate software including word processing, spreadsheets, databases and presentation software to generate reports, update information and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and other electronic means.
- Reading and analyzing incoming memos, reports, information, requests, and distributing them as needed.
- Provide general administrative and office support.
- Undertaking project tasks as required from time to time by business platform

2. Requirements:
- Background in areas such as accountancy, maths, business, and IT
- 1-3 years of prior similar experience.
- Reasonable degree of mathematical and statistical aptitude is a plus.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and general IT skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Understands and respects confidentiality.
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines with minimal supervision/oversight
- Highly organized and diligent
- Leadership and management skills are a plus
