Legal Assistant

Legal drafting and research for California (USA) civil court. Must speak, read, write, and understand English fluently, and be able to learn California rules of court and civil procedure. Experience drafting motions and other court documents necessary. Work will consist of drafting motions, subpoenas, filing court forms, and case management (e.g., keeping track of dates and compliance). Roughly 20 hours per week.
