Transportation Dispatcher- with Experience only

I am looking for a well rounded trucking logistics dispatcher. This person will be able to manage load boards, book shipments, make cold calls and follow-ups. The ideal candidate will also be able to facilitate customer service updates by managing the phone lines and retrieving the bill of lading. The applicant will have an excellent grasp of the English language in both casual communication and business interaction

Responsibilities:

Handles dispatching duties for the existing clients.
Answers and Support incoming driver and customer Upgrade to see actual infoarch various truck load boards for load opportunities.
Book loads and accurately input load and driver-related information into the system.
Ensure that all trucks are covered in a timely manner.
Monitor pick-ups and deliveries and notify customers of any deviation from the Upgrade to see actual infostruct drivers of the location for load pick-up and delivery.
Enter various dispatch information into the dispatch Upgrade to see actual infovelop and create new business relationships between Shippers and Carriers.
