JOB OVERVIEW

We operate in the Real Estate sector and need someone to help with some of our project work. Starting with part time 20Hr/wk, with hours varying depending on workload.

You will be tasked to do the following:

Project Work:

1) Social Media: FB, IG, Linked-in, Twitter, Pinterest

- Graphic Design: Create posts for IG campaigns, Linked-in, Twitter and Facebook profile a regular basis.
- Establish Linked-in connections with prospective clients using our Linked-in profile.
- Design marketing and promo materials for online and offline marketing: Graphics for email marketing campaigns, flyers, brochures etc..

2) Online Research Writer & Wordpress Admin

- Research and write travel and tourism blogs for UK
- Create blog posts for our various Wordpress websites
- Optimise blog articles for SEO
- Create online Guest manuals for our property portfolio on Wordpress

Technical skill set
Please state your proficiency for each of the areas below: None, Novice, Intermediate, Proficient

- Google Sheets/Docs, Excel, Word
- Graphics design: ie., Canva, Photoshop (not essential)

Please only apply if you have ALL of the skills under "General skillset". We expect you to have good experience with creating graphics and Social Media campaigns and have previous writing experience as a blog writer. Any experience with Wordpress would be a plus. You are also expected to have at least one year of working experience in the real world. Previous experience as a VA would be an advantage.

Starting wage is $3/Hr. If performance is outstanding, there could be a potential rise in working hours and hourly rate.
