Graphic Designer/Video Editor

I am looking for a full-time Graphic Designer/Video Editor. You will be making content for Banco Capital Corp. At Banco we help entrepreneurs secure loans and financing for Commercial/Investment Real Estate & Businesses. I will create tutorials for you and also communicate with you often but you will have to start getting familiar with what kind of content we need.

Experience in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Premier is REQUIRED - All other Adobe Apps we can learn together (I am a huge believer in E-Learning)
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are REQUIRED
I am looking for a future manager and that can be you. Take this time to learn what we need because you might just be the one giving the interviews very soon.
Understanding of SEO and Keyword strategies for post descriptions and web pages (I work on the website so I will send you the page I am working on and you will write on a google doc for me to copy and paste onto the site)

Pay: TBD, this will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply to the job. Also Hourly Pay + Commission, Bonuses, Advancement, Benefits & Performance Pay is included for everyone!

You will be
Creating Photos & Info-graphics for Social Media (this is where minor cross reference research is a must, minor copy-writing)
Editing videos for YouTube & making clips for social media
Designs for T-Shirts, Logos, Thumb Nails etc...

If you want extra work you can also manage our Social Media Accounts Using Mostly Automation Tools such as Hootsuite & Phantom Buster
