JOB OVERVIEW

The ideal virtual assistant candidate will possess strong communication and time-management skill. We are looking for someone who has verified results at sourcing wholesale and or white label goods on Amazon and building out an Amazon FBA Store. You must have good communication skills so we can speak easily. They should be able to prioritize projects, complete work in a timely manner and communicate with the brand managers should questions or issues arise.

Responsibilities
Source products and build out Amazon store.

Speak with the owner about product options and help them understand how you came to those products.

Support team by organizing files and customer lists; pulling reports; analyzing data; and other ad hoc projects

Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a virtual assistant, customer service representative or remote employee

1+ year of experience with Amazon

Exceptional grasp of the English language through written and verbal communications

Detailed planning, time management and organizational skills

High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and dealing with professionals inside and outside of the organization

Positive, proactive and able to always exercise great judgement

Self-starter with ability to take initiative and work in a highly ambiguous environment
