We are currently looking for a part time or full time Operations Assistant to assist with a range of day to day business operational duties, including (but not limited to):

-Sales, Marketing & Customer Communications
-Answering customer enquiries and emails
-Creative content writing for our website (SEO specific)
-Maintaining and building email marketing campaigns
-Client Data Entry (Clubworx)
-Communicating with members via social media and email to provide support and send out business news and updates
-Monitoring of social media accounts to ensure customer service is provided at all times
-Some skills in graphic creation (internal posters and social media images) highly regarded
-Other various day to day ad-hoc operational duties
