JOB OVERVIEW

Please read this job post fully.

Reach and Make Millions is looking for a part-time data analyst, on about 5-10 hours per week and looking to grow to full-time in the future.

We have a lot of marketing campaigns running right now and our spreadsheets & reporting are disorganized. The main goal for this role is to come in, make sure data is being collected from the proper sources, organize this data in a way that's easy to report & maintain, and then report to the team any changes or improvements that can be made based on stats. We need someone that can ensure the accuracy of the data, which means they'll need to have the technical skill to navigate Facebook Business Manager, Leadpages, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Crazy Egg, Mixpanel, Google Data Studio, Databox, Trello, and more.

We need someone with strong leadership skills as this role will be helping with data-driven decision making and problem solving tasks. Online marketing & sales knowledge is a plus, but we can provide the resources and training for that as well.

We will be relying on the data analyst to track the most important metrics for our projects & campaigns, to diagnose problems that may be occurring, and to predict how different courses of action could address a problem. When you apply, please start your message with the phrase: I love spreadsheets. This is a new role for Reach and Make Millions so we need someone who's a self-starter and willing to build the systems for this from the ground up, or improve the systems we've been building so far in Google Sheets.
