Custom Order Fulfilment

We want someone to work 8 hour shifts for us and manually fulfil our orders for digital gaming products.
(You will need to be online for 8 hours per day)

Orders come through occasionally (around 1-2 every hour on average) so you will not need to be constantly working.
You can watch videos, play games etc. But once an order comes in we require you to fulfil within 5 - 10 minutes.

You should also be able to answer customer emails with basic replies.
While fulfilling you will need to use Microsoft Excel
You must be patient and very polite with the customers.
Most of the customers questions will have to template you can use to answer their questions.

Each order will take up to 5 minutes to fulfil once you are familiarised with the procedure.
We will provide video training on how to fulfil the orders.

There is a high possibility of a wage increase if you can avoid mistakes and complete the job to a high standard.

You will require:
- Stable internet connection
- Reliable PC or laptop
- Ability to avoid mistakes (VERY IMPORTANT)
- Basics MS Excel experience
