Creative Graphic Design Job

Hey guys,

I am looking for a creative graphic designer or digital illustrator who is comfortable creating 10 - 15 t-shirt designs per day (5 days a week). The design should be a combination of a quote, whose content I pretend to be and graphic elements. I am going to give you various sayings or other instructions and you create suitable designs with graphic elements.

The use of graphic elemts from databases like Upgrade to see actual info is allowed as long as it complies with the terms of use and is only a small part of the entire design. But please inform me about the databases you are using to ensure that no copyright issues will occur. The exchange of the designs takes place via Dropbox.

The graphics will be used commercially. So, if we get to an agreement I need you to sign a contract that grants me the exclusive and unlimited rights of use. The graphics are required to be in a 4500px by 5400px format with 300dpi.

Payment will be 1.50 USD per design or 22.50 USD per day.
Payment will be made via PayPal. So, a PayPal invoice is required. The frequency of the payment can be agreed individually.

We will do a 8 - 10 week search process where we will work with you and try to find the best partner. Of course you will get paid for that time too.
