We are a U.S. based medical record retrieval company, working mostly with remote staff from PHL.
Looking for a candidate with experience training new hires and improving the on-boarding process.
Training new hires
Updating training manual
Monitoring new hires and provide support when needed
Helping us to design a streamlined onboarding process
Available to work at U.S. ET time zone
Training and team leading BPO work experience
At home work experience
Telemarketing or call-center experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Problem-solver personality type
Home office w/high-speed internet connection
Must have a USB headset
Pass criminal background check (NBI)
Experience in healthcare or legal field is a plus
