eCommerce VA (Shopify, Amazon, and eBay)

Agence Fox is a Montreal-based marketing agency which also handles eCommerce accounts for its clients.

We are looking for an all-around eCommerce VA who has intensive knowledge in Shopify, Amazon, and eBay. Please note that this position will not offer any training so we will only be accommodating applicants with proven track record as an eCommerce Upgrade to see actual infopetencies:
- Product Research
- Product Inventory
- Product Listing
- Copywriting & SEO
- Order Fulfillment
- Logistics Coordination (for eBay and Shopify) and FBA/FBM management (for Amazon)
- Customer Support for inquiries and emails from buyers
- Familiarity with cloud-based apps like ClickUp, DropBox, GSuite, and TimeDoctor which are the apps we use for project management

Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as an eCommerce VA
- Mastery of the three platforms (Shopify, Amazon and eBay)
- Proficiency in using Excel and Google Sheets
- Proficiency in the English language (written and spoken)
- Willing to work during Montreal Hours (UTC -4:00)
- Can work in a fast-paced environment with little supervision
- Must be proactive and resourceful
- Can follow directions completely
