JOB OVERVIEW

This person needs a wide range of skills from technical to creative.

Must be able to do basic web design and/or editing, SEO, link building, social networks, Blogs, article writing and more to drive traffic is a MUST. Any intermediate or advanced programming skills is a plus, but NOT required! Administrative skills should include performing customer service functions, secretarial work, and research, manage projects and supervise others when needed.

As a VA, you MUST work well with others and be available as scheduled 4AM-1PM (Phils) weekdays and ½ day on Saturday mornings, which is Friday in the US.

Company clients are small businesses located throughout the US, with a few Key Corporate accounts. The VA must be able to speak, read and write in English.

This position will report directly to the CEO of the Company. The position will pay 12-16000 php monthly to start for Full Time. Bonuses are paid up to 5-20% each month, provided that no days or hours are missed (unless notified in advance) and all assignments have been completed as scheduled and/or promised.

Raises, will be considered after 60 days and then once per quarter (90 days) thereafter. The opportunity to earn over 25,000 php per month is very realistic after learning the position and then performing on an ongoing basis.
