JOB OVERVIEW

You are organized, fluent in English, happy and positive in personality, and able to respond to customer service inquiries. with patience. You are great at managing someone's email inbox, setting calendar appointments, and assorted administrative tasks without needing a lot of direction.

I'm looking for someone who can respond to emails to our customer service and sales email Upgrade to see actual infoually simple things like how much does it cost, login problems, billing issues, and typical customer service tasks. If you can figure out a way to automate this process that would be even better!

If you know LeadPages or Active Campaign (or are willing to learn) and are good with social media this is a plus.

You will also help schedule appointments, book my travel, respond to requests, for speaking engagements and interviews and act as my personal assistant. Assorted projects as necessary, such as gathering information on what my students are looking for in terms of additional help or how we can come up with new product offerings based on questions being asked in our facebook group. I NEED YOU to keep me organized so if you are not an organized person by nature, please do not apply. I need someone who is strong where I am weak. About me: I teach real estate agents how to get new clients. The customer service inquires are from potential clients and current clients. I'm spending too much time answering emails and responding to billing questions so I need someone who can take this over for me.

This will be a 90 day trial period. If it works out you will remain full time with regular bonuses. If it's not a good fit we will part ways after 90 days with no hard feelings.
