Admin Assistant Needed

We are a performance marketing agency focused on the automotive industry and is in need of a virtual assistant who is EXTREMELY into cars (non-negotiable) to help out with some tasks. We are expanding our team and are in need of someone to join our team.

We are looking for someone with a variety of skillsets. You can be a good marketer, graphic designer, writer, or even just a good ad-specialist! We will tailor the position accordingly. If you have a background in graphic design, or growing social media channels/content creation that would be great too, but we need to see your portfolio.

We are looking for you to do either part time (20h/week) or full time (40h/week +) depending on your experience and fit.
We will also need you to be good at communicating, and not take offense in feedback. Fluency in English is a must, frequency in communicating is also a top Upgrade to see actual info disappearing during the middle of a project, this is non-negotiable.
If you have a strong social media background with other channels as well, that is definitely a huge plus, I am looking for a dedicated, hardworking and a great communicator. We have worked with enough freelancers in the past to know the tricks people tend to pull, so if you tend to disappear once every week and fails to hit deliverables, this is also not the right position for you.

You will get brownie points if you:
- Good writer
- Is a photoshop wizard
- Has extremely great work ethic
- Has a great sense of a brand’s aesthetics just from looking at it
- Loves cars!
- Video editing experience a plus
- Is honest, happy, and humble with a great working attitude
- Is capable of putting your favorite animal in the title to show attention to details
- Have references in social media management etc
- Is a great communicator, and can write well-crafted, well communicated messages.

This will be a freelance basis, you can feel free to quote me on a monthly price based on the above requirements. Please include your portfolio or your application will not be reviewed. Please keep in mind that at times, there will be over time, odd times, or over the weekends to meet deliverables. Please also let me know if you work as a team/agency, that is fine too, we would just like to know.

The salary listed is a place holder, please quote us on a monthly retainer basis based on the above requirements. Failure to do so will automatically eliminate you as a candidate.
