ABOUT THE JOB:
I'm looking for a full-time person to be my SEO company's point of contact for clients. This person will help manage communications between clients and our team.

YOUR SKILLS:
Our team consists of copywriters, designers, and website builders. For that reason, you should have experience in those three areas, but primarily design. While you won't be designing much, you must be able to intelligently describe customer feedback and needs to our design team so that they can produce excellent results.

This job wouldn't require you to do a lot of designs yourself, but there will be a lot of design communication between you and the customers and my design team. So understanding design software and design concepts is important so that you can talk with the customers, understand their feedback, and properly communicate those changes to the full-time designers.

Since you will be talking to customers on a daily basis, primarily through email, communication skills are important.

- understanding of Photoshop
- design skills within Photoshop (different than the first, do you have an eye for graphic design beyond just knowing PSD?)
- copywriting
- team leading
- Wordpress
- SEO
- English spelling and grammar
- client communication
- branding (the ability to align message with a design, not just a pretty design)

TASK EXAMPLES:
- Reviewing web design mockups from our design team and advising of corrections before sending to customers for their Upgrade to see actual info would be your responsibility to make sure that the design team made the design perfect before sending to a client to review.

- Reading customer replies about design changes and properly interpreting and assigning those changes to the design team. Then following up timely with the team to make sure they get the changes done correctly, and on time.

- Reviewing infographics that the design team made to ensure that they properly match our customer's design colors and guidelines. Make sure the topic within the infographics are relevant to the client's industry.

HOURS:

I am flexible on hours, but would require that at least half of your working hours are during US times. You do not need to work all daily hours during US time, but at least 4 of them should be during US Central Time zone 8 am - 12 pm or 12 pm - 4 pm.

You must have PROVABLE experience. That means you must be able to provide me specific examples of your work or work history. Do not apply if you do not have that immediately available.

PAY:
Pay is at least $1000/month, but can increase based on your skill.
