Virtual Assistant for eCommerce business

We are a startup eCommerce company that is in need of someone who can handle more than on responsibility. We are looking for someone we can trust, develop a long term relationship with, and even potentially someone who can manage others for us.

You will be our first VA, and will be starting off with the following type of work:

- customer service via Email and other social channels, like FB and IG (English speaking and writing must be strong!)
- data entry (financials, inventory) - you will be providing weekly reports via Google Sheets
- Google Drive experience is a MUST

Eventually, we would like you to take on these roles as well:
- project management (lead projects from start to finish)
- manage team of other VAs
- inventory management

We are looking for someone we can trust, therefore, we DO NOT require time-tracking.
We will base performance off of your output.

The founders of this company are in the early 30s and live in California. They are into health and wellness, and are very chill people, but have high standards when it comes to work. They believe in work-life balance, and will encourage you to take vacation days, but expect you to work hard when you're back.

We will first choose 2-3 candidates for a paid 2-week trial. After the 2-week trial period, we will choose to hire 1 candidate.
