Primary Responsibilities of the Customer Support Representative:
-Reply to customer emails.
-Follow directions and follow Standard Operating Procedures.
-Solve problems and create magical moments every day!

Requirements:
-Must have a reliable computer and a reliable internet.
-Passion for EDM, Rave fashion, the Rave community, and Gaming.
-2 years of e-Commerce customer service experience.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Focuses on the details.
-Type at least 60 WPM.
-Have and maintain a positive attitude every day.

Pluses:
-Ability to work overtime
-Experience with Amazon Seller Central and eBay.

Work Schedules:
5am - 2pm PST, 8:30am - 5:30pm PST, 11:30am - 8:30pm PST
