Credit Improvement Customer Service/Consultant

Daily activities will include:
- Review new emails and add contact information to Log
- Send canned email to anyone who signed a Federal Statement and/or Agreement, but didn’t complete the order
- Call anyone who signed Agreement, but didn’t submit order
- If there are any orders, create a folder for the purchaser and save all information under the folder (ID, SS, Federal
Statement,
Agreement and Order)
- Answer any incoming calls
- Respond to customers who engage via chat and log their information and interaction in the Log
- Call anyone who sent a message
- Call anyone who setup a free consultation
- Regularly check google calendar to ensure nothing is missed.
- Send extension email to customers
- Send AU Removal emails to suppliers
