Responsibilities:
- give intelligent data analysis and strategic recommendations to clients on how to effectively use paid media
- Streamline all aspects of executing high end and complex paid social media campaigns on networks like Facebook, Pinterest, etc.
- Actively monitor & manage paid social campaigns which may vary from engagement, acquisitions, direct response, reach and frequency, etc.
- Communicate with clients on all aspects of the campaign which includes planning, performance, and project status
- Optimize and audit new & existing ad campaigns to ensure KPI’s are met such as budget, timelines, CPL, CPA, ROI, and ROAS.
- Keep a high level of updated knowledge on the best practices and strategies especially in paid social media (ad network updates, betas, innovation opportunities, etc.)
- Learn the dynamic digital niche and how they work together
- Thoroughly embodies the client’s business vision, mission, and goals through established KPIs
- Target customers, create compelling and engaging ads and deliver outstanding performance

Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of Facebook advertising and its algorithms is IMPORTANT
- Ability to interpret data and make analytical decisions is IMPORTANT
- Have run Facebooks Ads is an advantage
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines
- Highly disciplined, detail-oriented and organized
- Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
- Can work on shifting schedules especially Europe & US time Zones
- Knowledge in project management tools like Asana, ClickUp is a plus
- Knowledge in Google Adwords is a plus
- **Direct Response experience strong plus**
- Adept with using excel and spreadsheets
- Experience with direct client relationship responsibilities includes regular reporting, collaborative strategic planning, and - -performance management
- display an interest in social media and advertising
