Logistics Associate

Our Vendor Central Logistics Team is currently short of staff due to large volume of shipments.

We are hiring a new logistics specialist to handle shipment creation, monitoring, and coordination with 3PLs.

- Creating shipments, sending labels, and invoicing Vendor Central independently
- Preparing orders for shipment.
- Recording exact arrival and departure times for shipments.
- Coordinating with 3PL partners for stock damages and keeping records of damages.

Short Term:
- Learn and get trained of Vendor Central logistics operations.
- Learn how to use the mapping file.

Long Term:
- Participate in Marketplace and Retail logistics operations
- Book Amazon shipments domestically and internationally
- Manage Vendor Central 3PLs independently.

Requirements:
- Logistics requirements (preferred)
- Excel knowledge (above average)
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills (must be comfortable with English conversation)
- Familiar with warehousing and logistics transportation processes and guidelines (preferred but not required)
- Flexible; can work from 4PM-12MN (core hours) or as needed
- Independent and can make decisions when needed; can work with minimal supervision
- Time and process efficient
- Knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central is a big plus
- Negotiation skills is a plus
