JOB OVERVIEW

Saas Website Developer/ Admin

We are seeking highly motivated and skillful web admin dedicated to providing the highest level of support in the Saas business operation.

- Will be working 40 hrs in time M-F 9-5pm GMT -8.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage Website Infrastructure
Set up a web host, configure access for users, establish news and mail servers, and seamlessly connect databases and other back-end components.
Responsible for familiarizing clients with the website and making sure it functions smoothly.

2. Monitor Performance
Constantly evaluate website performance by checking metrics such as loading time and memory consumption.
Assess user feedback, effectiveness, and traffic, even exploring marketing techniques such as newsletters and SEO to draw more users into the website.

3. Provide Technical Support
Must be proactive when addressing user concerns and resolving Upgrade to see actual infoegrate upgrade and improvements.

4. Create and Update Web Pages
Help to translate the wireframe into working web pages.
Update webpages to add content or tweak the layout.

5. Evaluate Structure and Content
Contribute to the development of a website’s Upgrade to see actual infot basic standards for both graphics and content, checking for quality before uploading components.


QUALIFICATION

1. Web development
Must be proficient in web programming languages in order to update or create web pages with the following tools:
- Web programming languages (such as Javascript, Ruby, PHP, NodeJS, experience with ReactJS is a plus)
- Content management systems (such as WordPress, Drupal, Joomla)
- Web analytic tools (Google Analytics, Google Taq Assistant, Facebook Pixel, Facebook Upgrade to see actual info, Twitter Pixel, LinkedIn Pixel, Instagram Pixel, Weebly, Mulpix, SEMRush, Open Web Analytics)
- Web hosting services (such as GoDaddy, HostGator, SiteGround, Bluehost)

2. Infrastructure expertise
Knowledgeable about security, hosting, network optimization, databases, and other infrastructure-related factors that affect a website’s performance

3. Testing
Test and debug website features to make them error-free.
Assess the website’s usability, design, content, and popularity

4. Dependability
React quickly to bugs and performance lags.
Preparing backups and disaster recovery plans

5. Customer support
When customers report issues, web admins should be proactive, working to fix the problem while communicating updates.
