JOB OVERVIEW

Greetings,

I am hiring new staff to my team to tackle our customer service tickets.

I will train you on how to use our customer service software. You need to have problem-solving skills, typing skills, your own computer, your own internet, the ability to follow instructions and ask questions when you need help or are not sure.

We have TWO shifts with the time in the eastern time zone:
Day Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Night Shift: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM

The pay is $1.60/hr and increases to $2/hr starting on June 6, 2020.

We do increase the rate, but that is over time based on your work Upgrade to see actual info, there is no set time to increase the pay since we do pay raise increases as a company and not just one team member at a time.

This is a Full time position requiring 40 hours per week. That is 5 days 8 work hours per day.

We pay via Paypal on a bi-weekly schedule.

You will be required to work either a Saturday or a Sunday.
Option #1) Sunday to Thursday
Option #2) Tuesday to Saturday
