WordPress Wizard for overflow work

Mabuhay!

We need a developer with strong design skills to work on projects that pass our current capacity.

The ideal candidate would have the following characteristics and skill:
- PHP
- Javascript
- jQuery
- NGinx
- Percona MySQL
- Json
- HTML
- CSS
- Strong eye for design
- Ability to work with minimal direction
- Ability to guide the overall design and to make suggestions
- Good communication and time management skills
- Works well with others and is a joy to have in a team environment

Work will be occasional and as such, anytime you do not have time for a project we offer you, just let us know and we will use another Upgrade to see actual infoitially, the work will range from small tweaks on sites and filling out themes. Eventually, once we see the quality of your work, we will have you work on more advanced customizations. Please start your response with the word razorback. The perfect candidate will be highly skilled, dependable, and honest.

Please share some examples of projects you have worked on with notes on what your role was in developing the site. Please do not submit a site running a purchased theme and say you developed the theme. We will be checking the code. This position is for occasional overflow work but we want to find someone that is a good fit for our team and that we can build a long term relationship with.
