JOB OVERVIEW

Online Hearing Canada is a leading provider of hearing aid technology, providing hearing solutions directly to the consumer.

We are looking for motivated, dependable sales and customer service professionals to promote our state-of-the-art hearing solutions over the telephone and via the internet. This is a work from home position that requires some knowledge of hearing loss and hearing aids and access to dependable high-speed internet service and the ability to work between the hours of 8am and 11pm Eastern Time in North America.

Responsibilities:
-Respond promptly to inquiries received via the company’s website or by telephone.
-Use consultative interviewing to understand customer’s needs and identify appropriate solutions
-Provide detailed information regarding the company’s products and services.
-Make outbound calls to follow up with customers after initial contact as Upgrade to see actual info Cold Calling,
-Close on sale of hearing aids and accessory products and services.
-Provide after-sale support during customer’s trial period to reduce product returns

Requirements:
-A motivated professional with a proven track record of success
-Ability to quickly establish rapport and trust with customers
-Experience in a consultative selling process
-Post-secondary education strongly preferred
-Strong knowledge of hearing loss and hearing aids
-Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist training preferred
-Emotionally intelligent with a strong work ethic
-Must have compassion and empathy and desire to help older people
-Strong sales skills over the phone

Compensation:
-Salary plus commission and bonus
