VA for Professional Speaker

I do live workshops and speeches (as well as online training). Where I need help is promoting me:
1. to be interviewed via online shows and podcasts
2. to be hired as a speaker for conferences
I need help with promoting me to for live in-person and internet events. (I have help already with the recorded on-line training.)

Please reply with the following information:
1. Have you ever promoted a professional speaker? If so, who and can you provide a link to what you worked on?
2. Have you ever edited sample promotion videos? If so, can you provide a couple of links?
3. Have you ever created a speaker page or media kit? If so, can you provide a links to your work?
4. Have you ever researched speaking engagements? If so, what kind of engagements?
