Customer Support - Virtual Assistant

LIFT Enrichment is looking for a customer support virtual assistant to help during Pacific Standard Times hours (10am-6pm) Mon-Fri. This position requires excellent English over the phone and by email, and you must be available during the hours we need. We want an upbeat and passionated VA who is in line with our mission: to help kids cook at home and eat more vegetables.

The job involves mostly customer service (when parents call in by phone) plus data management. We have a team of Chef Teachers we need help managing as well. There will be some basic social media posting with simple postings to mailchimp and IG written by our CEO. We're looking for a top-notch VA with a great attitude!
