Call Answering Agent / Receptionist

Integrated Solutions is looking for 1-3 people to help answer phone calls and direct them to proper departments. Agents would determine whether customers are looking for sales, dispatch or tech support. Potential hires should have very strong English speaking ability and experience working on Upgrade to see actual infondidates should also have a strong internet connection and an up-to-date computer.

Agents would be expected to answer online chat enquiries and direct them to sales agents as well. Some data entry tasks may be assigned as well.
