Marketing and Customer Success Assistant (Experience Required)

I am looking for an experienced Marketing and Customer Success Assistant to work remotely. I am looking for someone who is smart, fast, hardworking, honest, and can become dedicated to our team as soon as possible! You must be technology savy and able to meet strict deadlines for everything. The job is great with plenty of work available to come, you will start part-time and must have the capability to add on more hours and go-all in 100% with our growing company.

Some of the responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
-Setting up blog posts in WordPress that includes shrinking images and testing associating links.
-Setting up a weekly newsletter in Infusionsoft (keap)/possibly active campaign as well that may include creating a GIFF from images we give you
-Schedule Facebook post from buffer that included image creation from canva if necessary.
-Create or edit simple landing pages inside leadpages.
-Daily update from our excel sheet daily with key metrics
-Convert word docs to pdf´s and making sure that the images, content boxes are correct.
-Loading replays from zoom cloud recordings as well as transcripts to our membership platform for clients 12 hours after the call is complete.

The ideal candidate for this position will have experience using software such as Wordpress, infusionosoft (keap) and/or active campaign, canva, asana, zoom, facebook, lead pages Upgrade to see actual infoTAILS:

15-20hrs/ month
$2 - $4/hour (based off of experience and project-based interview for this job)
