Hello there,
My name is Alexis and I own a real estate company in Tampa, Florida. I am looking for a powerhouse English speaker who can make phone calls/set appointments to potential home sellers who want to sell their property to us!
Requirements:
-Proficient in speaking and writing in English
-Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
-Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-Team Orientated and Capable Leader
-Positive, Persistent and results-oriented
-Patient and able to handle customer rejection
Optional:
-Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
-Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
This job can start ASAP.
There will be incentives to meet sales goals and in 4 - 6months, there would be a pay increase if sales goals exceed!
