About the Company:

We are an expanding Cosmetic Surgery Brand here in Australia.

About the Role:

We are looking for a content writer who is able to grow our social media following on Instagram & Facebook. By outreaching to influencers, Like and unlike campaign management, able to liaise with customers/staff over Instagram, email outreach, grow Instagram following locally in Australia.

We are also wanting this person to be a great virtual assistant learning to form relationships with our customers and regular team.

Roles will involve:

Core:
- Grow Instagram following
- Schedule Instagram & Facebook Posts
- Create Instagram content via Indesign Adobe templates
- Outreach Instagram & Youtube Influencers for posting
- Managing running sheets on excel and monitoring

Non Core Roles:
- Phone Customer support
- Follow Up calls,
- Forming relationships with clients over the phone
- Forming relationships with clients by answering social media channels
- Answering online chats
- Using and creating invoices via Zoho platform
- Liaising with in house team regarding client flow
- Emailing Clients

The role is likely to eventually include more digital marketing work (writing copy for ads, launching and optimizing Facebook, Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, launching email campaigns, etc).

Your New Role:

Your role will be to assist our customers with new cosmetic clinic clients.

You will build rapport with customers and assist with resolving general Upgrade to see actual infoing your well-developed sales and service skills, you will gain a thorough understanding of the customer's needs, identify the best possible solution through discovery & rapport building, and provide a ‘best fit’ solution for the customer – all whilst promoting & maintaining our clients excellent reputation.

Responsibilities:
Rewrite blog articles in health and medicine niche
Monitoring posts on IG accounts and FB accounts,
Monitoring Email outreach campaigns and IG DMs, to ensure posts are being completed
Creating invoices, Booking in new clients, Rescheduling clients
Grow our Instagram following
Manage Instagram, youtube outreach excel sheets and communicate with influencers
Create and design IG posts with the use of Indesign
Create and work with Canva to keep our branding consistent in posts on FB IG & Snap
Manage calls from customers and complete bookings
Update CRM Data on customers and keeping up to date on who the customer is and their profile

Skills Required:
Excellent writing and editing skills
Strong English skills in both verbal and written communications
Has keen attention to detail
Creative, imaginative and resourceful
Abreast with trends relevant to achieving great traffic thru powerful contents
Good at meeting deadlines
Business savvy with an insight
Tech-savvy with a knack for finding helpful tools or software to make the process easy
