Looking for a web app developer for my project business.

The app needs to be a platform where I can post and upload videos. That people can download the app and view/stream the Upgrade to see actual info will need to have the following:
Online workshop where ppl can subscribe to the courses or workshops we will sell
Videos for sale area individually like Vimeo on demand
A subscription to purchase the videos all in a bundle charged per month
A subscriber log in
An area where they can listen to meditations
A free trial option when they first join but advertisers can advertise on this space
A paid option to join that is renewed monthly
