Marketing Assistant

We are a growing wholesale real estate investment company.
We help homeowners get cash offers.

Currently, we need people who will handle an important role in the company. We are looking for a responsible and resourceful Marketing Assistant.

Responsible for:
- Creating & updating Podio workflow
- Creating and updating GlobiFlow workflow
- Improving workflow
- Assist with creating marketing campaigns and setting automation
- Assist with creating lead generation campaign and strategies
- Data analysis
- Email Marketing
-Social Media Management
-Other marketing tasks

Must be:
- fluent in oral and written English
- knowledgeable with Podio (Advanced/Expert Level)
- knows GlobiFlow
- knowledgeable with MS Excel (Advanced/Expert Level)
- good with data
- detail-oriented
- familiar with XenCall and CallRail
- knowledgeable with real estate wholesaling
- knowledgeable with social media marketing
- knowledgeable with email marketing
- willing to work in EST timezone
- confident and assertive
- computer literate (particularly in Microsoft Office Tools)
- efficient, organized and can work under minimal supervision
- honest, punctual, and reliable
- looking for a LONG-TERM JOB

Must have knowledge with the following CRM/Systems/website:
> Podio
> CallRail
> XenCall
> MS Excel
> Social Media


This is a work from home job so candidates should have:
> his/her own computer with a quality headset
> a fast and reliable main internet connection (minimum of 5mbps)
> back up the internet and work unit (minimum of 3mbps)
> a quiet and distraction-free workspace
> has a computer with a processor speed of at least 1.6 GHz and at least 4GB RAM
