** We are moving into the final round this week. Last chance to get in the process. We are hiring more than one associate.
We have a portfolio of companies and we need someone to join the administrative team. You will report to one of our US based leaders and your ability to communicate clearly is vital.
You must be a detailed problem solver.
You must have experience with book keeping, preferably with double entry accounting.
You must be a very fast learner.
You must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects.
You must be able to track your time carefully so that we can bill the appropriate business unit for your efforts.
This role will cross into customer service, operations, helping create shipping labels and manage orders, helping on book keeping, and managing tasks and projects all using an online ERP

You would be required, at least for the first couple months, to work during USA daytime so we can train and develop your skills. If you show an ability to work effectively independently we can move you to your own local time as quick as possible.
You have to be REALLY good at using online systems.
