Podio Developer

***First off, this is not for a Podio user, but a developer and coach instead*** I am looking for someone who knows and is comfortable with creating workflows and automation within Podio. Globiflow experience is a must. I am creating a custom workspace for myself and growing company, so this person will need to be knowledgeable about taking an idea and scaling it. I am currently learning Podio and GLobiflow, but not at a fast enough pace to get this done. This opportunity will be on a gig by gig basis for now. But, for the right person, this could grow into additional gigs. Areas within Podio and Globiflow I am looking to accomplish:

1.) Text/SMS integration (currently using SmrtPhone app with Podio)
2.) Phone and voice mail (with logging)
3.) Email integration
4.) Document and file repository
5.) Contract and proposals (digital signage with RightSIgnature currently)
6.) ZIllow and other platform integration
7.) Coaching and instruction with Podio and GLobiflow. With this, there could be Zoom conference (video not necessary), so proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
8.) Documenting of what was accomplished and how.

This is not an entry level position. Expectation is for the applicant have a proven track record. The applicant is also expected to finish these projects and gigs in a timely manner within what is agreed on, as well as provisions for changes.

When applying, I expect a summary of work that you have done and completed. Tools you have used. If possible, I would like to see your workspaces that you have worked on. I also request your hourly rate.

I am looking for work to start soon, so this will be a fairly quick decision
