Full stack rails developer

Our product launched recently on Producthunt. We’ve had a good amount of inbound interest and now need to finish off V1 so that we can launch with our first paying customers.
The stack consists of 1. A rails application which powers a simple API and CMS, 2. A frontend library (written in jquery but needs updating), 3. A rails gem. The candidate should have experience working on production SAAS software as part of a team. I am open to hiring someone early in their career provided you have portfolio examples and can demonstrate you're a self starter and fast learner.

Requirements
Experience with Ruby on Upgrade to see actual infon share repos of past work.
Experience working with an SPC CSS framework like Tailwind or Tachyons.
Experience with react or similar stateful frontend library (we’ll be migrating over at some point).
Bonus: Experience with swagger or experience writing text editor plugins.
Experience with technical writing (good documentation will be super important).
Appreciation for UX/design. Most large features will have a designer on them, but some smaller edge-features won’t. So we’ll need someone who can empathise with the user and implement things that are easy to use.
