Loan Operations

Zetl is a fast-growing fintech startup operating in Hong Kong and Singapore. We’re looking to scale our lending operations across Asia. and are seeking long-term full-time employees who can grow with us.

Your job is to manage the funding process with customers. This means handling all parts of the funding journey through our admin dashboard; customer onboarding, due diligence, credit scoring, and loan management. You’ll be facing customers directly so your written and spoken communication must be excellent.

What will set you apart in your application:
- Tell us your favourite joke!
- You have experience with credit and loan operations
- You have experience with trade finance, receivables financing, or invoice financing
- Knowledge of accounting and book-keeping
- You’ve used Xero before
- You’ve used, or are keen to use tools such as Slack, Airtable, and Trello
- You’re an excel ninja
