Do you love taking ideas and turning them into results? Are you passionate about applying your marketing skills to create measurable output, not just activity? Do you love always learning, improving and finding the latest ways to implement marketing best-practices in ways that actually change people's lives?

OVERVIEW

You will be the marketing genius of our team. You will help translate the big ideas into clearly communicated ideas that inspire our audience to see the world differently and take action to improve their lives and be of greater service to the world. Your passion for creating measurable results will be given free rein to find the best ways to transform the lives of others.

Your success will be measured by how well you drive the relevant metrics - leads, sales, strategy sessions booked, and social reach - and by how effectively you can take charge to achieve them without being given a specific task list. You'll work with me and the rest of the team for planning and brainstorming, but otherwise you'll work independently to get things Upgrade to see actual infote: I am looking for a long-term partner in this role, but will happily graduate slowly from part-time to full-time for the right person, to make the transition easier, if needed.

TOOLS
Tools we do (or will) use regularly:
- GoHighLevel (Similar to ClickFunnels, used for funnel building & CRM)
- Wordpress (some development experience would be ideal)
- SendFox (Email marketing, similar to MailChimp)
- SocialBee (for social media scheduling and management)

Optionally, if you like to geek on on growth hacking, you may also want to use TexAU (for growth hacking & marketing automation, similar to PhantomBuster) and NeuralText (for content marketing), both of which we have premium licenses for.


SKILLS
You should be comfortable in your skillset enough to own the following responsibilities:

- Social media management/marketing and growth hacking
- Creating and managing content marketing strategy
- Email marketing - managing our newsletter and creating autoresponder sequences (you don't have to do all the copywriting, but you should be competent enough to direct the strategy)
- Familiar with marketing funnels (Landing pages, opt-ins, upsells, affiliate marketing, etc)
- list building campaigns
- website strategy - ie: how do we optimize for conversions, SEO, etc.
- JV marketing strategy - locating and partnering with influencers to help promote the brand

You don't have to be an expert in all of the above, but you must be willing to own them and do whatever it takes to make it happen. Some training and support will be provided, but you will be operating autonomously so you should feel comfortable enough to be responsible for successful outcomes.


Outcomes & Duties

In your first month of being on our team, these are some of the things you can expect that you'll do:
- Put the final touches on an automated email nurture sequence for new leads
- Investigate the tagging and automations in our CRM to make sure everything works as it should.
- Plan influencer campaigns to promote the brand and drive sales
- increase Twitter and Instagram followers
- oversee the deployment of content marketing strategy
- Repurpose content from coaching calls and speaking gigs into usable blog posts or other social media content
- craft marketing campaigns

Your Team

You'll be a key member of an existing team. To help you reach your goals, you'll partner with:
- A graphic designer
- A web designer/developer
- GoHighLevel Tech Specialist
- Joseph Ranseth, an international bestselling author, professional speaker, acclaimed coach to leaders around the world


Other considerations

Ideally, you will be available occasionally for meetings during North America hours. (Most of the work can be done on your own schedule, but occasionally we would like to meet together as a team. This would be very infrequent, but we'd like someone who can fit in as part of the team.)


You Should NOT Apply for this job if any of the following are true:

- You need detailed instructions for every task (I don't think that way, so to expect it of me would only frustrate us both)
- You wait to be told what to do before taking action (This won't work, we're looking for someone who can lead)
- You need to be right all the time and don't brainstorm well (I'm a former marketing professor and ran an agency for 15 years, I have a lot to offer... but I'm looking for someone who will take the reins and actually implement what needs to be done, because I'm doing other stuff.)
- You can't work on your own (I will be available to meet with you daily if needed, but you should thrive on getting things done and reporting on successes.)

Compensation
You'll be paid both a salary as well as performance bonus. If you're good at what you do, you should expect to be earning a very healthy income. Additional considerations will be given based on skills and experience.
Expect to earn anywhere from $400-$2000 per month in your first 6 months, depending on your skills and Upgrade to see actual infocome potential is unlimited for those who can hit targets and develop new ideas for monetizing our content.
