Part-Time eCommerce Email Customer Support

Scaling US based drop shipping brand looking for 1 Part-Time Email Support Rep. This position is for 20 Hours a week with the possibility of joining the team Full-Time within the next few months. We are growing fast, so this position may transition Full-Time very soon.

MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
Excellent written English with a very casual writing style: We have a very relaxed approach to Customer Service - we don’t use sir / ma’am. We greet customers by their first name & treat emails as relaxed and casual conversations between friends.
EMPATHY & COMPASSION! - You must be able to add your own compassion to certain emails!
CRITICAL THINKING - Not every email can be handled with a snippet.
Able to work US business hours
Past experience with Shopify and Dropshipping / Email eCommerce Customer Support


Bonus Points:
Familiar with Zendesk
Can work weekends US time

Experience working in the medical industry!

Salary: $3.50 / Hour
