Shopify / Print On Demand Assistant

Hi!
I am currently searching for an assistant to help me with adding products, tweaking my online store and fulfilling orders (Print on demand). We are in the Automotive niche and creating personalized products.

Requirements:
- MUST have A LOT of previous experience with Shopify, need to be able to do everything within the platform without training.
- MUST Have previous experience with print on demand apps ( Mention which ones you´ve worked with)
- MUST Have Basic Design knowledge to create product photos etc. (Photoshop or other platform(Not canva))
- Must know how to fulfill orders and attention to details IS A MUST.
- Must be able to think by themselves and create decisions on their own without contacting the store manager for small things.

Benefits are if you:
- Love the automotive niche and have a lot of personal interest within cars ( Tuning cars, german cars, muscle cars etc.)
- Have experience with Trello for project mangement.
