We're looking for extraordinary Customer Service / Technical Support Agents who can work independently, care about our customers and find the problem then solve it efficiently. We NEED you to BE:
- Able to handle angry customers individually
- Able to work under stress and intensive tasks and willingness to take challenges
Job Responsibilities:
- Fraud Order reviewing
- Contact customer for document collection with basic customer service skills
- Sum up information in excel for reviewing
- Patiency on admin works
- We will need to work overnight and weekend shifts.
- 6 days a week, 8 hours a day, a potential for growth within the company based on performance
Job Requirements:
- Excellent English writing and proofreading skills are a must
- 1 year of experience working in customer service
- Experience using Zendesk/Shopify is a plus
- Experience in dealing with chargeback or fraud orders is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Good Excel skills is a plus
- able to commit at least 1 year to the company
8 Hours/Day 8pm-4am PHT, Pay is USD $400/month 6 days a month
