What is the Position ?
-- We are calling this position as the OPERATOR; this person will be the Key element in complete end-to-end business operations for Republic of Sellers projects & CEO’s Personal brand.

Who are we hiring ?
-- We need someone with a strong understanding of people and good communication skills. Since most of the work will be with execution towards growing and managing brands on social media platforms, the person also needs to be extremely proactive and efficient with time.

What would be my responsibilities and tasks ?
-- Curation & Creation of Social Media Content for All Assets across Multiple Platforms using mobile apps & online tools.
-- Content Planning & Scheduling (All Assets)
-- Growth & Engagement - tracking, planning, executing (All Assets)
-- Ideation - New Ideas to improve workflow, experiment content and generate virality by market trends, observations and insights.
-- Workflow Management Using Tools such as Trello/Asana/Monday for Team ROS
-- Manage Calendar and Project Timelines for CEO & Brands.
-- Writing & Communication - Audience, Customers, Suppliers, Team.
-- Log necessary data points and finances in Excel and collate all invoices
-- Finding skilled resources for specialized tasks.
-- + And More.
