Social Media Manager + Content Creator

Hello,

I’m the owner of a food blog in the Midwest and I need ongoing assistance with social media management and social media engagement for my personal brand. I have some amazing clients in food and media and I need a VA who has an incredibly STRONG understanding of all social media platforms so they can create the content (I’ll give copy and direction) and optimize the platforms to grow them. I’m a female entrepreneur who believes in building up everyone that I work with, so I like to give direct feedback and help mentor as well. I’m happy to offer incentives in pay, once the accounts show growth and after we build trust.

I would like to start a part-time role (15-20 hours a month) but if we can show success, I’ll give you more hours. I want to create an ongoing relationship that is not only lucrative but fun for both of us.

Here’s a list of the required skills and responsibilities:
-Strong attention to detail (this is very important as we cannot have misspelled words)
-Ability to design in Canva and/or Adobe photoshop
-Strong understanding of Facebook, and Instagram, LinkedIn and Pinterest and how-to post/manage accounts
-Understands HootSuite, Later and Tailwind
-Can take direction and roll with the punches
-Flexible work hours in central time for me

Here are some additional skills that are preferred but not required:
-Ability to create GIF’s
-REFERENCES to current accounts you're managing
-Light video or podcast editing experience
-YouTube and Pinterest knowledge
