Social Media AD Assistant

I am seeking a Social Media assistant to help me with my Digital Marketing Agency. This VA will manage Ad campaigns, email marketing campaigns, Social Media Marketing, confirm appointments, manage CRM and more. I am looking for someone detail oriented, tech savy, can follow instructions well, and who want to be apart of this journey for the next 12 months. Full-time at first, and once business pay rate will increase based on results.
