Full-Time position for a virtual assistant to work outbound/inbound sales in a real estate business.

The ideal candidate is someone who is extremely comfortable with telemarketing and details. You must have at least 6 months of work experience in BPO Call Center doing Outbound Sales, Inbound Sales, Lead Generation, Cold Calling, Appointment Setting, or Telemarketing.

Salary range: $2.00 - $2.50 USD/hour, plus bonus eligibility
Work Duration: FULL TIME 40 HOURS A WEEK
Time zone: EST - M W F 9am - 5:30pm EST & T Th 10am - 6:30pm EST (Florida, USA/Full-Time)
Job Requirements:
•Ability to speak English with a neutral accent and type in English with PERFECT grammar.
• Polished can-do skill.
• Ability to follow and adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures and policies.
• Ability to pay strict attention to detail.
• Work full time during the assigned shift without schedule conflicts and can commit to a long term contract.
• Successfully complete and pass our client’s screening test and interview.

- Memory: 4GB RAM
- OS: Intel Core i3 or higher
- Internet: 5 Mbps (wired connection)
- Back-up: 3 Mbps (connection)
- Must have a dedicated soundproofed room for work
- USB Call Center style headset with Noise Cancellation feature is Required. (NO dual cord or jack/analog type)
- NO frequent power outages and Internet connection issues
