We are an e-commerce company based in Spain focused on selling products through our e-commerce platforms. Our target market for this project is Spain and Latin America.

We need someone who is reliable, a team player and who can also work on their own and who wants to work hard and grow with us.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Customer Support:
o Answer to customer questions and problems efficiently and
professionally (by email and chat).
o Dealing with potential customers and working to turn them into
customers (by email and chat).
o Reaching out to customers who have left bad reviews and working with
them to remedy the situation and make their experiences better.
o Solve problems and create magical moments with them.

• Operations:
o Manage orders in the online store
o Coordinate orders with suppliers
o Other writing and communication tasks

• Social Media:
o Occasional Instagram and Facebook profile management


JOB REQUIREMENTS

• EXCELLENT Spanish & English verbal communication skills
• EXCELLENT written Spanish & English skills
• EXCELLENT Spanish & English comprehension skills
• 2 years of experience in customer service will be highly valued
• You must be willing to work EXCLUSIVELY for us and for no one else.
• Keen attention to detail
• The ability to take control of a conversation and find solutions for the client.
• Someone who can strongly handle objections and complaints.
• Able to take detailed notes regarding client issues and conversations
• Great at setting expectations and handling a large volume of requests from clients
