Highly-Skilled Facebook Ad Manager - Full Time - Weekly Payment

This would suit a proactive person who's excited to be involved with a growing business from an early stage. You will have the opportunity to bring your ideas to the table, improve existing processes, learn new skills, and directly help with business to succeed and be a part of that success.

We don’t track your time or ask you to check-in, and we don’t ask for screenshots of your work. We care about your outcomes.
You get to decide your working times.
You’ll receive a salary of 60,000 PHP to begin rising as you prove yourself plus a bonus.
You’ll be paid on a weekly bases.
You’ll get 25 days paid annual leave and a reasonable level of sick pay for those unexpected days you can’t work.

Facebook Ads Responsibilities:
- Efficiently creating campaigns and ads on the Facebook business manager daily following our guidelines.
- Tracking campaign performance daily.
- Creating weekly reports and sending them to your manager for review.
- Review, test, and check that all ads and funnel are working, ensuring no technical errors will occur upon the launch of the ads.
- Regularly review and manage comments on ads, hiding comments where necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Generate reports (if needed).
- Extreme Attention to Detail.
- Extremely Organised.
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
- Timely Completion Of Tasks (very responsible)
- Perfectionist.
- Highly committed professional and Loyal.

Marketing Requirements:
- Working knowledge of Nutra, Crypto, CBD niche. (if not you still can apply)
- Understanding how cloakers work and tracking software like Voluum.
- You’re someone who has been immersed in Facebook advertising for several years and understand it inside out, including its latest opportunities and applications.
- Experience in Shopify.
- You can build and manage multiple campaigns, including lead gen ads, web visits, video ads, and more and continuously test and improve them.
- You can create genuinely useful and productive audiences and ensure that ads are targeted appropriately to them.
- You understand marketing and not just the technical aspects of Facebook and so can contribute to the discussions on how to improve our marketing.
- You have imagination, flair, and creativity, and you enthusiastically develop and share ideas that make us the very best at what we do.
- You’re not just someone who does what they're told or who just wants to rinse and repeat tactics and ads.
- You’re someone who revels in autonomy and the ability to problem-solve.
