We’re a young, ambitious and small (but growing!) team working towards a common goal: launching unique consumer brands and building extraordinary communities around them.

Outgive is looking for a full-time Writing Team Leader who has excellent writing skills and can manage a team of remote writers in the Philippines. The candidate will be working with other leaders and departments in the company to ensure that writing tasks are done properly and client expectations are met.


We want someone who has:

- Must have at least 1 year of experience as a Writing Team Leader or an equivalent role
- Must have excellent communication, writing, and copy-editing skills
- Must know how to coach and provide feedback to team members
- Ability to make sound and fair decisions for the benefit of the team and the company
- Must be proactive in looking for ways to make systems and processes better
- Amazon listing copywriting and SEO experience or any experience in the e-commerce industry
- Experience in using project management tools like Asana and Trello
- Self-driven and passionate about writing
- Sense of RESPONSIBILITY and RELIABILITY in delivering tasks
