WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

The Specialist Talent Sourcing ensures that staffing requirements are met to attract and engage top talent to effectively meet dynamic business needs. You have extensive experience in sourcing full stack developers. This position is responsible for evaluating, analyzing, implementing, administering sourcing initiatives, and harvesting leads from different sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, and emails to generate quality leads and drive interest from prospective talent. You have a proven track record of sniping notable talent and bringing strong candidates into the company.

1-4 years of relevant experience
Has exposure in market analysis, liaison with schools, etc.
Has experience in sourcing technical roles (Graphic designers, Writers, Software Developers, etc.)
Strong English communication skills both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft office
Has experience managing Applicant Tracking Systems
Knowledgeable in LinkedIn sourcing and knows out of the box sourcing techniques
Self-starter has a sense of urgency, works well under pressure, and ability to work in a high-velocity environment
Awareness of recruiting metrics and trends, retention, quality of hire, Upgrade to see actual infonse of professionalism
Strong attention to detail
Creates recruitment marketing collaterals to post in different job sites or social media
Ability to handle and maintain confidential information

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Performs several sourcing techniques aside from the available Applicant Tracking System
Research, find and match the most suitable applicant/expert for the open roles.
Vet, qualify and conduct background checks of potential candidates
Attracts applicants and harvest leads from different sourcing channels by sharing advertisements in social media and other channel
Creates marketing collaterals for recruitment or sourcing via Canva or other apps
Aggressively hunt for qualified candidates for open positions in the shortest possible time
Evaluates and responds to applicant inquiries and concerns properly and accurately
Arrange interviews by coordinating schedules to the Talent and Culture Team
Performs end-to-end sourcing of applicants based on standards set by HR and requisitioning department
Exerts all efforts and possibilities to provide solutions with hiring needs
Looks for better ways and practices to source for quality leads
Quick to learn systems and tools
Demonstrates trust, excellence, accountability, and respect
Coordinates with the Hiring Managers and HR team regarding the qualifications and requirements
Establishes and maintains partnerships with academe, recruitment firms/offices, etc.
