Requirements
1. Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
2. Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
3. Experience in LinkedIn Sales and Appointment setting
4. Strong attention to detail to enter customer data with perfect accuracy
5. Understanding of sales performance metrics
6. High knowledge in sales principles and strategies
7. A team player with high level of dedication
8. Ability to work under strict deadlines
Core Responsibilities
1. Manage sales presentation
2. Update notes from meetings
3. Keep track of the stats and metric
4. Work with consultants and CEO on implementing what is required for the sales process
5. Research and come up with ideas to improve the sales process
6. Prep and set up weekly sales meetings
7. Track sales rep performance
8. Follow up with prospects
9. Follow-up with Existing Clients, Inquiries from new clients on our services
10. Conduct consultations with clients, to explore their business needs and goals.
11. Conduct surveys on existing and prospect clients.
12. Generate leads during sales events
